esta aplicacion me pide que escriba asi que voy a proceder a dejar la receta de panqueques 250gr de harina 0000 500ml de leche • 4 huevos Mezclar los ingredientes, agregando la leche de a poco, con un batidor de alambre. Precalentar una sartén y agregar un chorrito de aceite. Sacar un cucharón de masa y verter sobre la sartén haciéndola girar para que adquiera forma redonda. Y a voltear crêpes tips Cómo evitar los grumos en la masa: agregando la leche de a poco (en 4 veces, por ejemplo) y usando un batidor de alambre. Un truquito por si todavía quedan grumos, pasar la masa por la minipymer y chau grumos! Que usar para aceitar la sartén? Se puede usar manteca o aceite, como más les guste Cómo evitar que los panqueques se peguen a la sartén: es más fácil usando una sartén antiadherente. Hay que aceitar regularmente (cada 3 panqueques). Aún así, el 1er panqueque siempre sale mal. Hay que dejar reposar la masa? No necesariamente. El tiempo de reposo de la masa hace que se activan las proteinas que contiene la harina, y logramos una masa más elástica que dará panqueques más flexibles. Pero los panqueques salen muy bien sin dejar reposar la masa. Lo que dará una textura diferente al crêpe es el tipo de sartén usado (antiadherente: más crocante, de acero: más blandas)
