This is a Bright new theme for the newly released texting app called Evolve SMS.
This is a gender neutral color scheme with fun colors.

For this to be installed you have to have the EvolveSMS Customization Pack
To apply the theme:
Open EvolveSMS
Go to Settings
Go to Theme
Swipe over to Choose Theme
Find theme name in the list
